Liquid two-color silicone products mainly refer to liquid silicone products with two different colors or two different hardnesses. At present, liquid two-color silicone products usually include silicone teethers, silicone earplugs, silicone watch bands, silicone laryngeal masks, silicone bracelets, etc. Liquid silicone two-color products are popular with consumers because of their various colors and hardnesses. The liquid silicone machine developed by Taifu can produce two-color liquid silicone products. There are two different production processes based on the structure, shape and size of the product:
- Two-step molding process: Two-step molding refers to using a liquid silicone vertical injection molding machine to inject color or hardness, and then placing the semi-finished product into a rubber mold to form a beer. It is suitable for products with complex structures, small batches, large products, and no positioning posts.
- Two-color one-time molding: The two-color turntable silicone machine can produce liquid silicone products of two colors or two hardnesses at the same time. The mold can be divided into two upper molds and three lower molds. Two sets of molds inject different colors at the same time. The other lower mold can realize the rotation replacement function. Suitable for products of suitable size and large batches.

Q: Why is the mold not resistant to aging?
A: In the process of making liquid two-color silicone machine molds, liquid silicone mold manufacturers, we can recommend that companies do not add any silicone oil. If necessary, the maximum amount of silicone oil added is not to use more than 5% to 10%. Because adding too much silicone oil will destroy the molecular weight of the silica gel, the molds developed will be resistant to acid and alkali and aging.
