1. Machine parts processing
Technical workers reprocess the purchased machine parts according to the engineering drawings and processing plans, and quality department staff conduct professional and precise inspections of the processed parts to ensure that the processed parts meet the requirements of the drawings. If parts are found not to meet requirements, they need to be reworked or scrapped. After the inspection is completed, the parts are packaged or stored, and the processing site is cleaned to prepare for the next assembly task.
2. Overall frame and hydraulic system assembly
The assembly team members assemble according to the drawings and process requirements to ensure the matching accuracy of each component. Prepare the frame and hydraulic components, including the overall frame, oil tank, hydraulic pump, oil cylinder, oil pipe, valve group, etc. Then install the main circuit system, which includes motor, oil pump, oil filter, oil cooler and pressure control system. Make sure that all components are connected correctly, the oil circuit is smooth and there is no leakage. Once assembled, send it to the outside line department.
3. Electronic control system assembly
The staff of the electronic control team assembled the electrical boxes required for the machine in advance according to the circuit drawings, completed the wiring of the control unit, and completed the installation of the motor drive system and the core control system in the outside department. Outside line team staff are responsible for installing electrical control systems, including action program control systems, temperature control systems, pump motor control systems, safety protection devices, fault monitoring and alarm systems, and operation display devices. After completing the installation, wait for the next step.

Debugging is an important step in testing equipment performance and must be carried out in accordance with the company's debugging procedures. Quality department staff need to debug the hydraulic system, check the changes in pressure and flow of each part of the machine to ensure that the process requirements are met, observe the action and execution of each part, and adjust relevant parameters until the best state is achieved; the debugging of the electrical control system needs to be based on electrical principles Check the functions and wiring of electrical components to ensure that each component operates accurately and meets process requirements. Finally, conduct overall debugging, jointly debug the hydraulic system and electrical control system, check the overall operation, and ensure that all equipment actions are accurate and reliable.
