TAIFU liquid silicone vertical injection molding machine with German 2KM liquid silicone feeding device is an advanced injection molding equipment suitable for liquid silicone injection molding process. This machine adopts a special hydraulic water-cooled closed injection nozzle for liquid silicone and a special material tube group for liquid silicone, which can achieve a high-precision and highly stable injection process of liquid silicone.
The vertical rotary or double-slide injection molding machine has a unique design. The structure of one upper mold and two lower molds allows the operator to make full use of the time for silicone thermosetting molding. While one set of molds is performing silicone injection molding, another set of molds can pick up, place and clean products, thus greatly improving production efficiency.

Q: What is the difference between silicone and LSR?
A: Liquid silicone rubber has high transparency, no peculiar smell, and the injection molded silicone products has a glue injection port. The LSR molded silicone products is odorless. Solid silicone rubber have to use the flavor of curing agent or other curing agents, and the product has no glue injection port.
