Q: Injection molding process of BMC injection molding machine
A: Temperature: barrel temperature and mold temperature
During injection molding processing, BMC is required to maintain a low viscosity flow state for a long time under the barrel temperature; generally, the barrel temperature should be able to meet the lower limit of BMC.
Q: What is the injection pressure of BMC injection molding machine?
A: Since BMC has poor fluidity, fast solidification, and complex mold structure, the injection pressure should be higher, generally 80~16OMPa.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Small machines are in stock. Generally, the delivery time of standard machines is 7~35 working days. For customized machines, it will be 40~60 working days.
