Q: How do mechanical technicians deal with BMC injection molding machine failures?
A: Handle black spot failure issues. The superheated part of the plastic adheres to the inner wall of the melt barrel and is sprayed thoroughly. Remove the melt barrel and clean it, lower the plastic temperature, shorten the BMC injection molding machine heating time and strengthen the heating. Plastic drying handles various materials, paper scraps and other inspection plastics. When the plastic is completely empty into the mold, a focus will be created, which will reduce the injection pressure and speed, lower the plastic temperature, strengthen the mold vents, reduce the mold pressure at will, and change the overheating position.
Q: What is the difference between thermoplastic and injection molding?
A: In thermoset injection molding, cold material is injected into an extremely hot mold to create a part. This process cures the part so it can never be melted again. In thermoplastic injection molding, plastic material is melted and injected into a mold to create a part.
