• The slide plate and base plate are made of cast iron, with steel strips isolating the connecting parts and lubrication oil holes, greatly reducing slide plate wear and deformation, increasing its lifespan and accuracy
• The ejector pin can be used with different molds and the stroke can be freely adjusted. The clamping force, ejector pin speed, and number of mold releases can also be pre-set as needed
• The vertical double-mode slide plate machine adopts alternating left and right sliding of the two molds, with one mold forming while the other is externally embedded, providing high operational efficiency and increasing productivity by one hundred percent. Q: What is the difference between single molding and double molding?
A: The mold may feature either one cavity or multiple cavities, each of which can be used to create a single part. As such, a single-cavity mold produces one product per cycle, while a multi-cavity mold produces more than one. Once the mold has been made, injection molding becomes an easily-replicated six-step process.
