Q1: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are a factory located in Dongguan city-the largest industrial manufacturing area in China. All the machines are manufactured by our own employees in our own factory.

 

Q2: What are the features of this machine?

A:

• Fast clamping/low pressure slow mold-closing,automatic emergency mold-opening when the clamping is abnormal, this special safety design can protect the mould.
• The lower die is fixed/the upper die movable,which has a good positioning for the formed inserts in the die.The finished product has hydraulic ejection device, which is very convenient and easy to take out.

 

Q3:How do you handle packaging and shipping?

A: Our spool are plastic-lined inside and packaged in cartons for safe transportation.However,we can also customize the packaging according to your specific requirements.

 

Q4: How long is your delivery time?

A: Small machines are in stock. Generally, the delivery time of standard machines is 7~35 working days. For customized machines, it will be 40~60 working days.

 

Q5: What are your terms of payment?

A: 50%TT in advance, 50% balance before shipment. or L/C at sight.
